PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurabel self-adhesive composition exhibiting pressure-sensitive adhesive properties at normal temperature, cured by the irradiation with active energy rays, good in adhesion to a highly polar adherent such as a PET, a PVC and a metal, and excellent in heat-resistant and moisture- resistant adhesive strength. SOLUTION: This self-adhesive composition comprises a polyvinyl butyral resin, a cation-polymerizable compound having one or more cation-polymerizable reactive groups with specific structures in average per molecule, a cationic photopolymerization initiator, and a rosin consisting essentially of abietic acid.
