PURPOSE: A method for preparing an electrolytic tin plate by injecting hydrogen chloride on both surfaces of a tin plated steel sheet passing through a muffle furnace in a reflow process is provided, which can prevent the generation of plate surface defects in the shape of the grain of wood.
