PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground working machine which facilitates an operation for lifting a working device and the operation of a working clutch. SOLUTION: An actuator 18 is mechanically connected to a working clutch 9 through a connection mechanism 19 equipped with an intermediate swing arm 24 capable of being swung on a support shaft as a support point. The ground working machine is provided with a forced lifting or lowering operation tool for carrying out a lifting operation for lifting the working device to a prescribed height with an operation for switching off a working clutch 9 by the use of the actuator 18 and also provided with a lowering operation for lowering the working device to a grounding point. The ground working machine is furthermore provided with an operation tool 17 which can manually operate the working clutch 9 through the intermediate swing arm 24 by releasing the connection of the actuator 18 to the intermediate swing arm 24.
