PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling operation of a steam sterilizer wherein working emvironment is prevented from being spoiled and an article to be sterilized is suppressed from being bubbled and a pleasant and safe sterilization work can be performed. SOLUTION: In a method for controlling the operation of a stem sterilizer 1 which performes sterilization treatment by each of processes comprising an air evacuating process, a sterilization process and a cooling process in a sterilization tank 2, after the above described cooling process is performed, a steam evacuating process for evacuating steam in the above described sterilization tank 2 is performed. |
