PURPOSE: An Internet web site advertising method is provided to enable a user to access an advertisement offering site without a web browser by installing a character of a star, popular among the youth, on a background screen so that it can make a concentric advertisement for the youth and commercialize the character of the popular star. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a service web page and subscribing for a member(20), the user downloading a star character with an advertisement included(30), the user enabling the star character to express an explanation of an Internet site or an advertisement by using a word balloon, and the user clicking on the star character for accessing a web site offering various Internet services, e.g. a desktop agent service, an Internet communication service, an instant messaging service or a push service. The user can download different kinds of star characters, upgrade the downloaded characters, and enable the star character to express various types of advertisement.
