PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical gas fuel tank fixing structure capable of moderating an impact in the event of a vehicle collision, protecting a valve from flying gravel, and positioning a fuel tank in a fixed position. SOLUTION: A metallic base seat 6 consisting of a trapezoidal forked leg is fixed to a frame 2 so that the forked leg is turned in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a metallic bracket 7 having a valve insert hole 8 for inserting a valve 4 protrusively provided on one longitudinal end of the cylindrical fuel tank 1 to be fastened and fixed to the frame 2 with a band 3 is fixed to the base seat 6 so that the valve insert hole 8 is turned in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
