6-Sulfamoyl-3-quinolyl phosphonic acid derivatives (I), their isomers and salts with acids are new. 6-Sulfamoyl-3-quinolyl phosphonic acid derivatives of formula (I), their isomers and salts with acids are new. X = Cl, F, or CF3; R = H or CH2-O-CO-R'; and R' = H, 1-6C alkyl, or phenyl. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of (I).
