PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate control of feeding chemicals by rapidly and accurately grasping change in properties of sludge in coagulation dehydration treatment of the sludge. SOLUTION: An apparatus for coagulation treatment wherein solid-liquid separation of a part of the sludge into which the chemicals are not fed is performed by a solid-liquid separating means and based on a detected value detected by a means for measuring the equivalent value of the separated liquid, the control of feeding a coagulating agent is performed, is provided.
