SOLUTION: A solvent vessel is formed into double vessels and is provided with a solvent vessel vertically operating air cylinder 4 and a solvent vessel horizontally operating rack and pinion 7 to apply a solvent in each vessel by the vertical and horizontal movement, an iron roll 1 is vertically moved by an iron roll operating air cylinder 3 and when the coating process is not used, the contact of base paper 11 with a rubber roll 2 is avoided to reduce the load and to give the tension.
