PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the intrusion of particles of a treating agent remaining without being dissolved between a filter unit and a housing section to which the filter unit is loaded. SOLUTION: The filter unit 48 is inserted from an insertion 40A of the filter unit loading section 40 and is arranged between the filter unit insertion section 124 and the filter unit housing section 122. The filter unit is formed with ribs 132 so as to face the inside surface 124A of the filter unit loading section. These ribs warp to a direction parting from the inside surface 122A of the filter unit housing section between the filter section 126 and a cylindrical section 128. The insertion port is inclined toward an aperture 38 side. As a result, the filter unit loaded into the filter unit loading section comes into tight contact with the inside surface 122A, by which the intrusion of the particles of the treating agent remaining without being dissolved is suppressed.
