PURPOSE: A multipurpose liquid dispenser is provided to output liquid precisely and smoothly regardless of viscosity of liquid. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose liquid dispenser is composed of a servomotor(4); a rack gear(5) lifted by rotating the servomotor; a bellows pipe(6) pulled up by the rack gear and returned, and closed in the upper part and opened in the lower part; intake valve and discharge valve brackets(8,9) fixed in a conduit with through-holes(35.35'); intake and discharge valves(11,12) combined with the intake and discharge valve brackets by a flexible rope(10), and fixed by a round sill(13); a first timer having a varistor setting power supply time to the servomotor; a second timer(16) having a varistor applying power reversely; and a switching unit(26) supplying power to the servomotor by first and second timers. The upper end of the bellows pipe is pushed with moving the rack gear down in rotating a pinion of the servomotor reversely. Pressure is applied to an intake valve with increasing the internal pressure of the bellows pipe by compressing, and the bellows pipe is closed with contacting to the intake valve bracket. The discharge valve is moved to the right against elasticity of the rope with applying the pressure via the through hole of the discharge valve bracket. The liquid is output from the conduit through the discharge valve bracket, the discharge valve and an outlet(17).
