<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag manufacturing method generating no bulge in the adjacent part with the non-fusing part of the fold of a tube sheet. SOLUTION: The bag manufacturing method includes a process (1) for heating the side wall parts of four corners of the tube sheet by an ironing mold to apply folds to the tube sheet, a process (2) for cooling the parts heated by the ironing mold, a process (3) for fusing the tube sheet to form the bottom and shoulder parts of a bag and a process (4) for cooling the bottom and shoulder parts of the bag.</p> |
