PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of speedily and certainly delivering a work for a hook member in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The hook members 13 are attached to the proximity of one end under a lower plate 7 of a lifting device 5 capable of lifting up or down with each one end of a pair of arm members 11 oscillatingly journalled. One end of an air cylinder 12 is journalled to the proximity of the other end under the lower plate 7, and the other end of the air cylinder 12 is rotatably connected to the other end of the arm members 11 via a connection shaft 14. The pair of hook members 13 are hoisted on both ends of the connection shaft 14. The hook members 13 are moved on a circular arc track by the air cylinder 12, and a roof side member 2 positioned on the track is picked up, thereby performing delivery from a work extracting device 20 to the conveying device.
