SOLUTION: The crushing and sorting device 10 for crushing the materials M to be crushed and sorting the crushed materials has a crushing mechanism section 12 for crushing the materials M to be crushed and a sorting mechanism section 14 which sorts the falling crushed materials obtained by crushing to the nonmagnetic crushed materials M2 and magnetic crushed materials M1.
