PURPOSE: An invasion alarm apparatus and method in a radio telephone are provided to inexpensively construct a crime prevention by having a separate sensor to sense invasion in the radio telephone and sensing invasion through control processes according to the sensor. CONSTITUTION: A radio part(112) converts received signal to a predetermined band of signal and transmits the converted signal, and receives only a receiving band of signal and down-converts the signal to a predetermined band. A voice signal processing part(113) decodes and outputs the signal received from the radio part(112) to a speaker, and encodes and outputs the signal to be transmitted. An operating sensor senses an outer invader, and outputs an invader sensing signal if the outer invader has been sensed. A memory(116) stores a telephone number to be dialed in sensing an invader and a message to be transmitted. A controlling part(111) performs overall operations of a radio telephone. In particular, the controlling part(111) reads and dials the previously set telephone number when receiving the invader sensing signal, and sends the previously set voice message.
