PURPOSE: Provided is a method to prepare adhesive with paste and binder as main components which does neither show quality change nor coagulate due to air and moisture during distribution and in storage. It has such excellent adhesive property that wall papers are easily and firmly pasted and there is no molds formation by moisture. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive is made by preparing paste with certain amounts of flour and water being boiled and cooling, adding a certain amount of binder to the cooled paste in a paste/binder wt. part ratio of 20:1 and stirring uniformly and packaging.
