PURPOSE: A 3-electrode plasma display panel is provided, which increases accuracy and uniformity of address discharge to improve picture quality. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel is constructed in such a manner that pairs of X electrode lines and Y electrode lines are formed on the back side of a front substrate in parallel, address electrode lines(AR1,AG1,AGm,ABm) are formed on the front side of a back substrate(13), and discharge cells are formed at the points where the pairs of X electrode lines and Y electrode lines and the address electrode lines intersect each other. The address electrode lines are formed perpendicular to the X electrode lines and the Y electrode lines. The front substrate is opposite to the back substrate, having a predetermined gap between them. Each of the address electrode lines extends to the point opposite to the address driving point and turns at the point to be extended to a point right before the address driving point. |
