PURPOSE: A display having a mirror function in a cellular phone is provided to use a screen display as a mirror when an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) does not radiate and penetrate light from the LCD through the screen display when the LCD radiates by coating reflection material or reflection film on surface of a transparent flat panel. CONSTITUTION: A transparent flat panel(11) adhered to the a screen display is formed in the front of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(14), and there is space(13) between the flat panel(11) and the LCD(14). As a reflection surface(12) is formed on the flat panel(11), the inside of the flat panel is dark when the LCD(14) does radiate and light is reflected from the reflection surface(12). Therefore, the screen display acts as a mirror. In case the LCD radiates, the light from the LCD penetrates the transparent flat panel(11). Consequently, a user is able to watch contents on the LCD(14).
