PURPOSE: An operating method of a variable type portal site system is provided to divide a screen of a homepage of a portal site company and a homepage of a member company and to display the screens simultaneously by a path through the member company. CONSTITUTION: If an approval for dividing screens of a homepage of a portal site company and a homepage of a member company and displaying the screens simultaneously exists, each member company is divided by setting a member company related directory in the server of the portal site company, and an excusive file being accessed to an Internet address of the member company is installed. The excusive file of the corresponding member company in the server of the portal site company is accessed by the Internet address of the member company, and automatically connected to a server of the portal site company. A screen of the accessed excusive file of the corresponding member company is divided into a plurality of screens using a frame, and the homepage of the portal site company and the homepage of the member company are displayed on each divided screen.
