PURPOSE: An injecting pipe type mortar filling device with an on-off valve is provided to prevent mortar from falling from the cracked part of a structure by promptly inputting a mortar filling material into the cracked part and closing an inlet without an extra shield process. CONSTITUTION: An injecting pipe type mortar filling device having an on-off valve includes a steel pipe(10) having a plurality of mortar exhaust holes perforated on the surface at fixed intervals, valve bodies(20) formed in pipe shape and solidly inserted into the mortar exhaust holes in the state of forming one or more cut and opened holes on one side, and rubber plugs installed in the state of being filled in the valve body and forming fixed blade parts(32) outside to be inserted into the cut and opened holes of the valve body.
