A noise management method and apparatus for electronic devices using switch voltage supplies includes producing a noise signal at one or more noise frequencies and moving the noise signal out of a frequency band of interest during processing of a signal in the frequency band of interest. In one embodiment, a multiplier and divider shift a stable reference frequency out of the receive signal band of a radiotelephone. The shift is programmable and is controlled in relation to the channel currently being received by the radiotelephone. |
