<p>PURPOSE:To support a wagon in stable manner when the wagon is lifted up, by using a specific cam disc for a lift mechanism, in the constitution in which a self traveling vehicle travels, tracing a guide tape on a floor surface, and advances into the lower part space of the wagon and is put into a loaded state by the lifting-up together with the wagon. CONSTITUTION:A lift type self traveling vehicle equipped with the left and right driving wheels 4 in pair which are turned by a traveling motor 3 is equipped with four lift mechanisms for vertically moving a vertically moving rod 6 by a lift motor 7, at front/rear and left/right sides. As for each lift mechanism, a cam disc 18 having a nearly circular shape is inserted into a shaft hole formed at the point B in eccentricity from the center A and fixed on a rotary shaft 17. The outer peripheral part of the cam disc 18 is formed to a circular cam surface 20 around the center A, except the vicinity of the point C farthest from the eccentricity point B, and only the vicinity of the point C is formed to a cam surface 21 around the eccentricity point B. Accordingly, when a wagon is lifted, the cam surface 21 supports a roller 23, and the action of the force for revolving the cam disc 18 is cut off.</p> |
