PURPOSE: A method for detecting the synchronization confirming and the out-of synchronization of a frame by using a pilot pattern is provided to improve the synchronization of the frame by defining a unified determination standard. CONSTITUTION: In a synchronization timing of a predicted receiving signal, a correlation result output from a correlator is obtained at a slot delay time to be a reference to each frame. A correlation result output from the correlator is obtained at the other slot delay time except the slot delay time. During a predetermined succeeding frame time, the obtained correlation results are compared each other at the corresponding slot time. According to the compared result, a frame synchronization confirming is determined, and the determined result is reported.
