PURPOSE: An air-lift reactor useful for culturing microorganisms, plants and animals is provided, which is cheap and convenient to use in culturing microorganisms, plants and animals. CONSTITUTION: The air-lift reactor consists of a basis of a culturing vessel(7), the culturing vessel(5), a cover of the culturing vessel(1) which is made of transparent polymers and contains a hook pole for locking the cover(3), in the center, a bolt type of handle for tightening the cover(2), and a door of the culturing vessel(4) connected with the handle; the basis of the culturing vessel which is made of organic synthesized materials or light metals, and contains a bubble producing apparatus(6) in the center, an air inlet(6) and a medium outlet(8); and the culturing vessel made of glass.
