OXAZOLIDINONE DERIVATIVE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND ANTIBACTERIAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are an oxazolidinone derivative having stronger antibacterial effect on gram positive bacteria than vancomycin, its salt and hydrate, its manufacturing method, and an antibacterial composition containing it as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: The novel oxazolidinone derivative is represented by the formula(1) as described in the description. It is manufactured by the steps of: reacting a compound of the formula(17) with a compound of the formula(2) to obtain a compound of the formula(3); reducing the compound of the formula(3) to obtain a compound f the formula(4); reacting the compound of the formula(4) with (R)-(-)-glycidyl butylate to produce a compound of the formula(5); carrying out mesylation of the compound of the formula(5) to produce a compound of the formula(7); and aminating and acylating the compound of the formula(7) to obtain a compound of the formula(1).
