PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a business method for information provision which effectively gathers information concerned with a portable terminal user while taking its secrecy into account and enables a service information provider which uses the Internet to effectively use the gathered information. SOLUTION: Profile information as property information of a portable terminal that an individual uses and preference information as information on individual's preference and ideas are separately ciphered and then used after map information which can specify both those pieces of information with the same item (key) is deleted. Consequently, both the pieces of information which are personal information are not related, so specific personal information is prevented from leaking and the user of a terminal is provided with only necessary information based upon those pieces of information, so that a service information provider such as a value-added communication company that uses the communication base such as the internet as the medium of advertisement and information and an advertisement agent company can immediately reflect part of those pieces of information on the effects of advertisement by purchasing it from a radio communication company with a key word. |
