PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture electric wiring that connects a plurality of electrical connection points. After that, laser beams are applied, and desired lattice points P1 to P3 are electrically connected or desired positions Q1 and Q2 in the conductors 22 and 23 are electrically cut, thus forming a desired circuit. |
