PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity storage device which is small, whose power consumption is low and which is of high control accuracy in a circuit, in which a plurality of capacitors are connected in series. SOLUTION: Capacitor circuits, which control or monitor a plurality of capacitors which are connected in series, are installed at respective capacitors. The capacitor circuits and a main circuit whose potential level is different from that of the capacitor circuits are connected via potential conversion circuits.
