<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device capable of manufacturing an electronic tube with satisfactory and stable quality. SOLUTION: Data to be used in a process for manufacturing an electronic tube are preserved in a magnetic storage medium, and an electronic tube is manufactured by using the data preserved in the magnetic storage medium in this method for manufacturing an electronic tube. This method comprises a first step for preserving the data in plural magnetic storage media, a second step for collating the data preserved in the plural magnetic storage media after preservation, and a third step for performing abnormality display processing when the collated result of the data in the second step is inappropriate.</p> |
