<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify an abnormal communication channel when the abnormality happens and also to display only an absolute minimum alarm in a monitoring system where the signals received from plural terminal devices are multiplexed and received by a single monitoring device. SOLUTION: A communication controller 4 configuring this monitoring system includes plural multiplexing means 41 which output the cutoff indication signals including logical channel numbers for identifying a communication channel when this channel is cut from a terminal device 11 and a communication control part 45 which previously stores one or plural logical channel numbers in response to each means 41, decides the abnormality has occurred on the communication channel set between a communication network and a means 41 when the cutoff indication signals including logical channel numbers are inputted about all logical channel numbers stored in response to the relevant means 41 within a prescribed time after the cutoff indication signal is inputted from the means 41 and then outputs a cutoff alarm including the channel number for identifying the means 41 to a monitoring device. The monitoring device 5 notifies the channel number that is included at least in the cutoff alarm when this alarm is inputted from the part 45.</p> |
