PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely ensure electrical connectivity between an ignition coil and a spark plug even when a distance therebetween becomes long. SOLUTION: This ignition coil device comprises the ignition coils 11 wherein one ignition coil is provided per one spark plug 40, and also comprises a spring 20 provided between a head terminal 41 of the spark plug 40 and an output terminal 12 of the ignition coil 11 so as to electrically connect therebetween. The spring 20 is formed such that the spark plug side thereof can cover all over the head terminal 41 in a direction of height thereof.
