CORROSION-PROOF EXECUTION METHOD AND CORROSION-PROOF CAP FOR SURFACE OF CONCRETE BUILDING FRAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-proof execution method for the surface of a concrete building frame simply and securely coating the exposed part of bolts and nuts reinforcing a driven state of a corrosion-proof panel irrespective of a newly-built construction or a repair construction in a high reliability and a corrosion-proof cap used for the method. SOLUTION: A corrosion-proof panel arranged on the corrosion-proof surface of a concrete frame body is connected to a separator fixed in the concrete frame body after concrete is placed and cured and a driven state of a corrosion- proof panel is fixed by screwing a nut to a bolt head fastened on the surface of the corrosion-proof panel or a headless bolt connected to the separator and fastened to the surface of the corrosion-proof panel. A corrosion-resistant corrosion-proof cap provided with a temporary fixing part fixed to the bolt head or the nut is bonded with the surface of the corrosion-proof panel together with an adhesive resin while working the temporary fixing part to hermetically coat the periphery of the bolt head or the nut.
