<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized remote controller with excellent operability by which entry of displacement information such as a moving direction of a cursor displayed on a screen of a display device provided in a main unit is carried out with a simple operation. SOLUTION: In the remote controller 1, a tilt detection section 13 detects a tilt of a main body with respect to a horizontal plane, and a transmission section 14 transmits a control signal instructing a moving direction and a moving speed of a cursor to a master unit 2 while a movement restrictions switch provided in an operation section 12 is operated. Furthermore, the remote controller 1 decides the moving direction and the moving speed of the cursor on the basis of a tilt of the main body with respect to the horizontal plane detected by the tilt detection section 13. Thus, an operator can move the cursor displayed on a screen of a display device provided in a master unit 2 with a simple operation that the main body of the remote controller 1 is tilted.</p> |
