PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sealed tape comprising a good contact with a conductor, particularly a good low-temperature contact, and good embedding property for embedding the conductor as well as good flame resistance, heat resistance, durability, blocking resistance, working aptitude, and environmental aptitude, and a flat cable using the same. SOLUTION: A heat sealed tape consists of a film-like base material, an anchor coat layer, and a heat sealed layer, each laminated in sequence. In addition, the above heat sealed layer consists of a coating made of resin compound containing at least 90 to 70 wt.% of filler component containing a flame retardant as the main component and 10 to 30 wt.% of resin component containing polyester resin as the main component. Moreover, a resin component containing the above polyester resin as the main component consists of at least a resin component containing polyester resin as the main component having a glass transition point of -50 to 25 deg.C and a weight average molecular of 10000 to 100000.
