PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device where the vibration of a mirror 24 is suppressed when a carriage 21 moves and the influence of vibration is reduced on a reflected image by the mirror 24. SOLUTION: A light source is loaded on a carriage 21 and a mirror 24 reflecting light from an irradiation face illuminated by a light source is also loaded. A vibration proof body 25 is installed in the mirror 24. The vibration proof body 25 suppresses the vibration of the mirror 24 when the carriage 21 moves and reduces the influence of vibration on a reflected image by the mirror 24.
