PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remodeled window allowing easy installation of a new window frame having an external attachment attached in advance, on an existing window frame. SOLUTION: An installing auxiliary frame 8 having a groove part 8b extending in the frame lengthwise direction and an external attachment installing part 8c turning to the outdoor side is respectively installed on an upper frame 3a and a vertical frame 3b of the new window frame 3. The external attachment 9 is fixed to the external attachment installing part 8c in advance. The new window frame 3 is installed on the existing window frame 2 via an anchor 12 slidingly installed in the frame lenghwise direction in the groove part 8b.
