PURPOSE: A blow-by gas recirculating apparatus is provided to remove a gas element from the blow-by gas which moves to a duct after a throttle body and to inhale pure air, in order to equalize the output and minimize the consumption of the fuel. CONSTITUTION: A blow-by gas recirculating apparatus fixes a canister including an element on a locker cover, connects a duct after a throttle body with a delivery valve which is connected to the canister using a delivery pipe(152). The locker cover with an inhale valve on one side of the delivery valve are connected. There are the first pin and the first elasticity member to the inside of the delivery valve. There are a second pin and a second elasticity member to the inside of the inhale valve.
