SOLUTION: An information management company S, field offices 1A1, 1A2, 2A1, and 2A2, and construction companies 1A and 2A are connected by a network and the information management company S structures a database of public building construction notification formats by public agencies. Then, this method is the centralized management of submitted information for the generation and submitting of construction start notification documents, intermediate inspection notification documents, and completion notification documents by the composition of the database and input construction information at the field offices 1A1, 1A2, 2A1, and 2A2.
