PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to obtain ice with a low cost regardless of the installation space, while allowing ice transportation to be easily performed through portable cart racks where a plurality of ice making trays are mounted. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a container box(30) having a door(35), and a partition(31) for dividing an ice making chamber(33) and a system installation chamber(32); a refrigerating, freezing and ice making system constituted by a compressor(1), a condenser(3), an expansion valve(16), an evaporator(8) and a controller(27), and which performs refrigerating, freezing or ice making function in accordance with a user selection; a bottom space ensuring member(34) installed to have a predetermined height from the bottom surface of the ice making chamber of the container box, and which allows cooling air to smoothly flow through lower portions of a plurality of portable cart racks(28); cart racks having a plurality of receipt trays(282) for receiving ice making trays(29) stacked into layers between panels(281) with wheels(283), wherein cart racks are arranged to be movable in the ice making chamber; and ice making trays for making ice upon supply of water and operation of the refrigerating, freezing and ice making system.
