PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for completing a maintenance contract procedure whenever it is considered that a maintenance contract is necessary without judging whether or not the maintenance contract should be made when a business program is purchased. SOLUTION: A sale box containing maintenance contract documents is put in a store and maintenance contract identification numbers are given the documents; and the maintenance contract documents are sold equivalently to maintenance charges and on a basis of an identification number sent to a contract source, a database is used to put a maintenance contract in practical use relatively.
