PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless control system, where a controller wirelessly controls devices, which can easily store control programs for a plurality of devices in the single controller. SOLUTION: A user definable operation code of an IrOBEX protocol of an IrDA is defined for an operation code denoting a transmission request code of a control Java applet, a transmission/reception circuit 106 of a controller 101 transmits the operation code to a household unit 101 storing its own unit control Java applet in its memory 105 to allow a transmission/reception circuit 103 of the household unit 101 to transmit the control Java applet to a controller 102. The controller 102 uses the control Java applet to control the household unit 101.
