PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent sound insulation wall having transparency and transmittance in a wide range by using a transparent sound insulation plate of a size equal to that of a normally used one, and making transparent at least a part of a support, a stile and a sound insulation plate peripheral fixing frame, etc. SOLUTION: This transparent sound insulation wall is constituted by fitting the transparent sound insulation plate 6 to a frame member formed of the supports 2, 2, styles 3, 4, 5 and the sound insulation plate peripheral fixing frame in some case. In the frame member, at least a part of the stile (lateral stile) is formed of a transparent resin. It is advantageous that among the stiles 3, 4, 5, the central stile 4 and the upper stile 5 are formed of such transparent resin. The supports 2, 2, the lower stile 3 and the peripheral fixing frame of the sound insulation plate may be formed of transparent resin. As a sectional forms of the stiles, H-shape, T-shape, U-shape, or L-shape is preferable, and a structural material molding formed of transparent resin is provided.
