摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily properly reduce a carrier component leaking into an output signal. SOLUTION: A DC offset adjustment part 2 adjusts a DC offset by adding a DC bias voltage corresponding to the control of a control processing part 7 to a digital signal of a base band received from a base band signal process part 1 and sends it to a modulating process part 3. The modulating process part 3 imposes orthogonal modulation by using as a modulating signal the signal received from the DC offset adjustment part 2 and generates and sends an IF signal as a modulated signal to an IF signal processing part 4. Here, the control processing part 7 controls the operation of the DC offset adjustment part 2 according to the level of the carrier component included in the IF signal having been processed by the IF signal process part 4 to add a proper DC bias voltage to the digital signal of the base band. Further, the control processing part 7 stores a data storage memory 12 with setting data corresponding to the DC offset when the level of the carrier component included in the IF signal is less than a predetermined threshold.
