PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current restriction function which can reduce an output current restriction value even in an overcurrent state due to the shorting of an output terminal and the abnormality of a load and to protect a circuit element from overcurrent in an output circuit applied to a regulator circuit and a high side driver circuit. SOLUTION: In an output circuit B1, a current mirror circuit 3 forms mirror currents I1 and N.I1 from a power source 11, and supplies current I1 to a current control circuit 5 and current N.I1 to an output terminal. A current control circuit 4 has a control element Q3 and a current source 14 and controls current Ia flowing in the current source 14. A boltage control circuit 4 controls output voltage by a control element Q2 driven by a voltage source 12 and is connected between the output terminal and the current power source 14. When output voltage becomes lower than voltage source 12, the control element Q2 is turned off and current I2 is interrupted. Even if output becomes an overcurrent state, output current is restricted to N.Ia.
