PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic ordering method that decreases loss of fault notice due to failure, can receive fault notice of a plurality of terminals to be monitored and is not left open, even when a communication unit receiving the fault notice is faulty, and to provide a system thereof. SOLUTION: The system receives a fault notice from a terminal to be monitored that can be self-diagnosed and automatically orders repair, when receiving the fault notice, and is provided with a server C storing data relating to automatic ordering, a communication unit B that directly receives the fault notice from the terminal 1 to be monitored, transfers the notice to the server C, stores once received information when the transfer is unsuccessful, and repeats the operation above until the transfer is successful, and a modem F that makes communication connection to a destination for automatic ordering by the server C, and the fault notice from the terminal 1 to be monitored can use a plurality of channels as a representative number. |
