PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function of passing H.248 control to a media gateway in a bearer path for an intermediate media gateway controller. SOLUTION: By a bearer path service support method in a distributed control network which sends a call control message including an extension for establishing a control link between a 2nd media gateway controller (210B) and a media gateway (240A) from the 1st media gateway controller (210A) to the 2nd media gateway controller (210B), the control of the 1st media gateway controller (210A) over the 2nd media gateway controller (210B) is provided through the extension of the call control message.
