SOLUTION: Slave units connected to gas meters or the like and desired to call are grouped into a plurality of groups limit the time within a prescribed time (times t1, t3, etc.), from a call until end of reply thereby ensuring the time for an interruption transmission/reception signal (times t2, t4, etc.). Limiting the number of slave units in an operating state to the number of slave units of a group can suppress power consumption of the slave units. |
