PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate difficulties in the miniaturization of conventional magnetic impedance effect element, which requires formation of a winding coil on the circumference of a magnetosensitive part for applying a bias magnetic field. SOLUTION: An electroconductive layer 15 having conductor parts 15a, 15a, 15a and 15a crossing the upper layer of a magnetosensitive part 12 is formed on the upper layer of the magnetosensitive part 12 via an insulation layer.
