PURPOSE: A method and a mold for forming a cylinder head washer are provided to improve the economic efficiency by reducing the processing time with preventing the bolt from being released. CONSTITUTION: A mold for forming a cylinder head washer comprises an upper mold and a lower mold(60a). The upper mold includes a punch for forming an inner diameter, a pilot, a forging punch, a shaving punch, and a punch for forming an outer diameter. A plurality of guide holes are formed in the upper mold. The lower mold includes an inner diameter punch hole(61a) corresponding to the punch for forming the inner diameter, a pilot hole(62a) corresponding to the pilot, a forging punch hole(63a) corresponding to the forging punch, a shaving punch hole(64a) corresponding to the shaving punch, and an outer diameter punch hole(65a) corresponding to the punch for forming the outer diameter.
