The hinge (1) is in two halves (2,3) each of which rests against a door or door column. A hinge pin (4) is movably contained in one hinge-half, and non-rotarily mounted in the other hinge-half. A door-fixture unit can be connected to the hinge pin's rotary movement and comprises at least one hydraulic piston-cylinder unit (20) in at least one of the hinge-halves. The two pistons are guided by, and are in contact with, guide surfaces of the hinge-pin.
